Nsl International

Nsl International is located at K-18 B in Balaji Estate, which is right in the Kalkaji area. We’re directly across from the NIIT building in Kalkaji, which is a big help when we have to tell people how to find us. That intersection gets incredibly crowded, especially when the students are coming and going. Our office is in a bit of a cluster of buildings, so it can feel a little cramped during the busy hours. We’ve got desks squeezed in and there’s always a stack of boxes somewhere that needs to be moved. It’s a lively place to work though. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long—the honking, the people talking, the street vendors. We’re a small team, and we’ve all been together for a while, so we don't worry too much about being formal. The walls are covered with calendars and some old photos. We drink a lot of chai to keep us going through the afternoon slump. Sometimes the power goes out and we all just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It’s just the reality of working in this part of Delhi. Balaji Estate has its quirks, but it’s where we are and we’ve made a decent go of it. We don't need a polished corporate office to get our daily work done properly. We just keep moving forward.
