We are based at E135 in Phase 3 of the Okhla Industrial Area. It’s right in the middle of the Okhla Industrial Estate, which is a part of Delhi that’s always moving. You’ll see plenty of trucks and workers around here all day long. We’ve been running Nirman Consultants from this building for a good number of years. The office is very practical. We have drafting tables, some computers, and a lot of blueprints and project files laying around. We do consulting work, mostly focused on construction and technical projects. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like it. We spend a lot of time on-site or huddled over plans trying to figure out the best way to build something. The industrial estate can be pretty dusty and loud, but we’ve grown to like the atmosphere. It feels like things are actually being made and built here. We don't use a lot of corporate buzzwords. When we talk to clients, we just tell them what’s possible and what isn't. People seem to appreciate that straightforwardness. We’ve got a small team, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. It feels like a small family business, even though we’re a private limited company. If you need to find us, just head into Phase 3 and look for E135. We’re usually here from early morning until the sun goes down, just getting through the day's tasks and keeping our projects moving forward. We've been here a long time.
