It’s a busy, noisy part of the city, which suits us just fine. We spend our days consulting on properties and investments, which mostly means we listen to what people want to do with their money and then look at what’s available in the market. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of looking at numbers. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with some desks and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use throughout the day. We don't promise anyone they’ll get rich quick because that’s not how things work in the real world. We just look at the trends and give our best guess based on what we’ve seen happen in Karol Bagh over the years. The paperwork for property can be a real headache, so we spend a lot of time helping people navigate through all those forms and legal bits. It’s just us trying to make sense of the local property scene. We get a lot of walk-ins since we’re on Ganga Mandir Marg, and we try to treat everyone the same whether they have a lot to invest or just a little bit. It's just a job we do.
