Our little shop is number 18 in the DDA Central Market in Naraina. We are tucked in near the PVR Cinema, so there is always a crowd around, especially on the weekends. Since being here for a good while, helping people with property deals has become our daily routine. Giving advice on where to put money is part of the job too. Real estate can be a tricky business. We try to make it a bit easier for the regular folks who come to see us. No big brochures or fancy presentations are kept here. Usually, it's just us sitting down with a cup of tea to look over the maps and the listings together. Being in the Central Market means talking to a lot of people from all over Naraina. Knowledge of which blocks are quiet and which ones are noisy is quite important. When looking for a house, those things matter. We also help people understand the investment side of things, like which areas might get more popular later on. Paperwork for DDA properties can be a bit of a headache with all the forms. We’ve done it enough times to know the way through it. It’s a busy shop and the energy of being near the cinema is nice. Taking each day as it comes is how we operate. Sometimes the lights in the market flicker but we just keep working. Our shop sign is a bit old now but people still find us.
