We run things from our office at 3G/193 in A Block, Faridabad City. If you know the area, we are right near the Bhairav Mandir and just across from the Nehru Place Bus Terminal. It’s a very busy spot with buses and cars moving around at all hours. Our space is mostly used for coordinating drivers and taking calls from people needing a ride. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready office, with plenty of clipboards and old maps on the walls. We’ve been in this location for quite some time and have seen the city change a lot. The proximity to the bus terminal means there’s always something happening right outside our door. Sometimes it’s a bit loud with all the horns and engines, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't a huge company with a call center; it’s just us sitting by the phone and making sure the cars are where they need to be. There’s always a kettle on for tea because the drivers stop in between trips to take a break. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have any polished waiting areas or anything like that. Just some chairs and a desk where we keep the logs. We just focus on getting people from one place to another without too much fuss. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day. The nights can be long, but we keep the lights on and the phones ready.
