Navya Ent And Gynae Clinic is tucked away on the ground floor of house number 19 in National Park, Lajpat Nagar-4. We are located right behind the Vikram Hotel. It’s a handy spot because it’s easy to tell people just to go behind the hotel and they usually find us without any trouble. Being on the ground floor is good for our patients who might have trouble with stairs. We handle two different areas here—ENT and Gynae. It sounds like a bit of a mix, but it works for us. The clinic isn't very large. We have a small waiting area and two consultation rooms. It’s a bit cramped when the clinic gets full, but we make do. We try to keep the atmosphere friendly. You won't find any corporate logos or fancy brochures here. We just have some old magazines and a water cooler. People come here for practical advice and check-ups. Lajpat Nagar-4 is a busy place, but our little street in National Park is slightly tucked away from the main chaos. We have been here long enough that we know most of the people living in the surrounding houses. We don't do a lot of advertising. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep the clinic running smoothly for whoever walks in.
