If you know where the Patanjali shop is in Sarita Vihar, then you’ve basically found Nagpal Clinic. We’re just a stone's throw away from it, near the main residential blocks. This neighborhood is quite settled, so we see a lot of the same faces every week. We’ve been operating here for a while now, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit around us. The clinic itself is fairly small. We have a front area where people sit and wait their turn. It’s nothing special—just some sturdy chairs and a few magazines that are probably a bit out of date by now. We handle the usual daily health issues that families deal with. Whether it's a seasonal flu or someone needing a blood pressure check, we’re here to help. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. It’s more like visiting a neighbor who happens to be a doctor. The staff is friendly, though we can get a bit frazzled when the phone won't stop ringing and three people walk in at once. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the schedule gets pushed back a bit because an appointment took longer than expected. That's just life in a busy local clinic. We don't make big promises, we just do the work and try to help people feel better. It’s a quiet, honest practice. We like being near the shop because it’s a good landmark.
