We are based out of H. No.-C-2nd- 66A in Raju Park, which is in the Khanpur area of Delhi. If you are looking for the place, it is right near Saifi Masjid, which is the easiest landmark to tell people. It is more of a home-office setup because most of our actual work happens out on construction sites across the city. We have been doing engineering and contracting work for a long time. The office area is just a room with some filing cabinets, a few computers, and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corners. Khanpur is a very crowded neighborhood, so the lanes are narrow and it can be hard to find a spot to park the trucks. We are a small team and it is a bit of a family vibe around here. You will often see us sitting around talking about materials or looking at schedules over some tea. We do not have a big staff or a fancy headquarters. It is just a local business where we handle the plumbing, electrical, and general building stuff. The walls have some calendars and old photos of projects we finished years ago. It is a bit dusty because of all the files and the traffic outside, but it is where we get the planning done. We just do our work and go home, nothing too complicated about how we run things here.
