Shahzad A Azeemi, Engineers And Contractors, Amu,Aligarh

We’re based out of B-31 in Noor Nagar, right in the Jamia Nagar area of New Delhi. Being engineers and contractors means we aren't always in the office. A lot of our work links back to AMU in Aligarh, so there’s a lot of back and forth travel for us. The office here is a bit of a hub for the team. It’s crowded with blueprints, some measuring tools, and half-empty tea cups from the morning. Jamia Nagar is a very packed place, so finding our building can be tricky for newcomers who aren't used to the area. The streets are narrow and always full of life and people. We’ve been operating under the name Shahzad A Azeemi for quite some time now. It's a family-oriented feel here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just take on contracts and try to finish them as promised. Some days we are out on sites until very late at night. The winters in Delhi are cold, so we huddle inside with small heaters. In the monsoon, the roads around Noor Nagar get a bit messy with the rain. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. It’s a busy life, but we’re used to it. We handle the paperwork and the labor stuff from this small desk. It’s not much to look at, but it’s where all the planning happens before we head out to the sites.
