You can find Mellcon Engineers Pvt.Ltd. at B297 in the Okhla Industrial Area Phase-1. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know how busy it gets. The streets are narrow and always full of delivery vans and people moving boxes. Our building, B297, is a solid old place that has been the base for our work for a long time. It’s a tall structure with several floors, and it always feels like something is happening on every level. The air is thick with the sounds of the industrial district—metal clanging, engines idling, and people shouting to be heard. Inside our space, it’s a bit more controlled, but it’s still a working engineering environment. There are desks piled high with drawings and technical manuals. We don't have fancy furniture or a modern breakroom. Most of us just eat at our desks or find a spot near the window. The heat in the summer can be tough, but we have enough fans to keep things moving. We’ve been part of the Okhla community for years and know most of the neighbors. It’s a grit-and-grind kind of place. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with our office. We just make sure the engineering work is solid and that we stay on schedule. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run things in Phase-1.
