Mediplex Clinic

Mediplex Clinic is tucked away at P-15, right near the Defence Colony Flyover. If you know the flyover, you can basically find us. It’s a specific little spot in Defence Colony that sees a lot of traffic passing over us, but on the ground level, it’s a bit different. We are a clinic, so things are usually a bit smaller and more personal than a giant hospital. The space at P-15 has been set up to handle the daily walk-ins and appointments we get from people living in the colony or nearby. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything; it’s just a place to wait until it’s your turn. The staff keeps track of the files and makes sure the doctors have what they need. We spend our time answering phones and talking to the people who come in. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when a few families show up at the same time, but we make it work. It’s a very local feel here. We aren't part of some big chain with polished brochures. We just do the work that needs doing. Being so close to the flyover means we hear the rumble of the city all day long, but inside P-15, we just focus on the patients. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us, and we just keep the routine going day after day. It’s a simple setup for a local clinic that has become part of the neighborhood fabric over time.
