We work out of B-67 in the Triveni Apartments over in Sheikh Sarai I. It’s a bit unusual to have an engineering setup in an apartment complex, but it works for the kind of technical stuff we handle. New Delhi is a big place, and being in 110017 keeps us fairly central. We don't have a big factory floor here, it’s more of an office where we do the planning and small-scale assembly. There are usually drawings scattered all over the tables and a few computers running late into the night. We started this because we liked fixing things and figuring out how they work. The neighbors are used to us by now, though we try to keep the noise down. It is mostly a small team, just a few people who really get the technical side of things. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. If you ring the bell, one of us will just come to the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or out at client sites. It’s a busy life, and we don't always have time to keep the office perfectly tidy. We just focus on the engineering problems in front of us. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it suits us just fine. We like the quiet of Sheikh Sarai compared to the busier parts of the city. We don't have any big corporate goals, just keeping the work steady.
