Our place is located at 4 Nizamuddin Nangli Razapur, which is quite close to the ISBT. It is a very busy spot because of the buses and all the people moving through the terminal. There is a lot of noise and dust, which is pretty standard for a logistics area. We deal with boxes, crates, and paperwork all day long. The office is basically a room with some sturdy tables and a few computers that have seen better days. We do not really care about the decor much because we spend more time moving things around than sitting still. It is the kind of work where your hands get dirty and you are always checking the clock to see if the next truck is on time. Sometimes shipments get delayed or the paperwork gets confusing, and we just have to sit down and sort it out one thing at a time. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We have a few regulars who come by to drop off parcels, and we have gotten to know them over the years. We do not use fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done with pens and notebooks. The area can get a bit congested during the day, so getting in and out takes some patience. We just keep our heads down and try to get the cargo where it needs to go without too much fuss. It is just the daily routine for us here.
