We are located in the Mohan Cooperative Industrial Area on Mathura Road in New Delhi. This is a very busy part of the city with a lot of big companies and warehouses all around. Our office is in building A 30. Lurgi India Company Pvt Ltd has a good amount of space here, which is necessary for all the work we do. The noise from Mathura Road is constant—horns, engines, and people shouting—but once you are inside the building, it quietens down a bit. We have a lot of desks arranged in rows and a small meeting room that is almost always occupied. The lighting is a bit harsh, but it helps us stay focused on the technical drawings and reports we handle. Getting here is easy because the metro is close by, but the walk from the station can be dusty. We have a small pantry where we make tea and chat during the short breaks we take. The office feels lived-in. There are calendars from three years ago still hanging on some walls and half-empty water bottles on most desks. We don't try to look like a high-tech startup. We are a functional, busy office that deals with real-world industrial tasks. It is a lot of work, but we have a good group of people who have been doing this for a long time.
