Engineers India Limited is located at F 69, First Floor, Lajpat Nagar 1, New Delhi. This office is where Yogesh Jain and the rest of us handle the daily engineering business. Lajpat Nagar is always buzzing, and our office is no different. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the equipment and papers we have, but we make it work. We aren't a big, cold corporation; we’re just a local team working out of a first-floor space. Most of our time is spent on technical details and making sure projects are going the way they should. We don't have time for fancy speeches or polished marketing materials. If you walk in, you’ll see people in regular clothes working at their desks. It’s a very practical atmosphere. We have our fair share of stress when things get busy, but we also have a good laugh now and then. There’s always tea being made and someone looking for a pen. We like the energy of this area. It keeps us on our toes. We don’t try to act like we’re something we aren’t. We are just engineers doing our jobs in a busy part of Delhi. We focus on the practical side of things and try to solve problems as they come up. It’s a simple, honest way to run an office. We stay until the work is finished, no matter how long it takes.
