Our spot is in the Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase I. We are up on the third floor of building number 64. If you have ever been to Okhla, you know it’s a busy area with a lot of trucks and workers moving around all day long. It’s an industrial vibe through and through. At Liugong India, we deal with a lot of the heavy stuff that keeps businesses moving. The office is a bit removed from the noise of the street since we are on the third floor, which is a relief sometimes. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just files, some models of machines, and our desks. We come in early, handle the paperwork, and talk to people about their equipment needs. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so some of us just take the stairs to save time. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows the tea man and the security guard by name. We don't try to sound like some high-flying firm. We are just here to handle the machinery business and make sure our clients get what they need. Lunch is usually a shared affair where we talk about everything except work. It’s a straightforward environment. We stay busy, we deal with the dust of the industrial estate, and we get the job done every day without any extra fuss or unnecessary corporate talk.
