Action Construction Equipment Ltd.

Our office is on the 2nd Floor of the L.S.C. at Plot No. 7 in Sarita Vihar, Pocket H. It’s a decent area and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street. This is where we handle the side of the business that deals with construction equipment. We aren't out on the field operating the cranes or the backhoes every day, but we are the ones making sure everything is coordinated. There is a lot of paperwork involved with big machinery. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to sites and making sure equipment is where it needs to be. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't have a lot of art on the walls or fancy carpets. We keep it practical. Sometimes it gets a little loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been in Sarita Vihar for a while now. Most of us have been working here long enough to know the routine inside and out. We don't try to make it sound more glamorous than it is. It’s a lot of logistics and staying on top of schedules. We just try to keep things organized so the projects don't get delayed. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it day by day and do the work that’s in front of us.
