Likhas Nursing Home

Likhas Nursing Home has been at E-8 on Main Road in Hauz Khas for some time now. It’s a busy spot right on the main street where you see people passing by all day. We have a few rooms here for patients who need to stay over, and the staff usually knows the regulars by name. The building isn't fancy, but it gets the job done when someone is unwell or needs a nurse to look after them. We spend most of our time keeping things organized and making sure the beds are ready for whoever comes in next. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but inside we try to keep it calm so people can rest. There are doctors who come in and out depending on the schedule, and we have a small desk near the front where we handle the files. It's just a local place where the neighborhood people come when they can't manage at home. Most of us have worked here for years, so we’ve seen a lot of families grow up. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything, just the basics you need in a nursing home. We try to keep the floors clean and the medicine cabinet stocked. It's a straightforward setup. We don't do anything too complicated, just day-to-day care for those who are staying with us. We have a small kitchen area where we heat up food, and the hallway always smells a bit like floor cleaner. It’s just how it is in a place like this.
