Lasa In Jv Willbur Smith Associates

We are located in Okhla Vihar, specifically in Jamia Nagar. Our office is on the 2nd floor of building A 8, which is right on Lane No 1. New Delhi is always crowded, and this area is no exception. Getting up to the second floor takes a moment, but it’s a good space once you are inside. Being in the 110025 area means there are always lots of people and cars around. We’ve got a view of the lane from our windows. It's not the quietest spot in the city, but it has a lot of energy. We share the space as Lasa in JV with Willbur Smith Associates. It is a functional office where we spend most of our daylight hours. The stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We have several rooms for different tasks and plenty of desks pushed together. It’s a bit of a maze of papers and computers. There isn't any fancy art on the walls, just some maps and calendars. The lane outside is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a puzzle. We usually get lunch from one of the small shops nearby. It’s a very practical way to work in Delhi. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just need a place to sit and handle our business, and Lane No 1 works for that. The ceiling fan hums a bit too loud sometimes, but we don't mind it much. It feels like a real place where work gets done.
