Larsen & Toubro Limited

We are located in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 3. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it’s a place that never really sleeps. There are trucks everywhere and a lot of noise from all the surrounding businesses. Our spot at Larsen & Toubro Limited here is tucked away among all the other industrial units. It’s a very practical location for us. We don't have a grand entrance; you just walk in and see people busy at their computers or talking over diagrams. The air can be a bit thick with dust from the nearby construction and traffic, but that’s Okhla for you. We’ve got a small team here, and we’ve all grown used to the fast pace of the city. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that keeps the bigger projects moving. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the office feels a bit cluttered with samples and equipment, but it’s where the real work happens. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We’re just a group of employees trying to manage the day-to-day operations in a very busy city. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab rolls or tea for the whole group. We work hard, we deal with the Delhi weather, and we make sure the paperwork is in order before we head home through the evening traffic. It is a tough environment but we make it work together.
