Our spot is over at 469, Block 17-A in New Delhi. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how busy it gets around these blocks every single day. It is always noisy outside with the cars honking and people rushing to get to the metro or their offices. We have been operating from this building for a long time. It is nothing special from the outside, just a plain brick building that holds our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of coffee cups. Inside, it is mostly just us trying to stay organized while the city moves at a hundred miles an hour outside the windows. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations because there is always too much to get through. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of tea and a quick talk about what needs to be handled first. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when the weather is really hot and the old air conditioner struggles to keep the room cool. We know the neighbors around here, like the small snack shops and the people who walk their dogs every morning. It feels like a real community even in such a massive city. We are not trying to be the biggest or loudest company in Delhi. We just want to get through the workday and do a decent job at whatever is on the desk. It is a practical way to work.
