L&T

We are tucked away in Mehrauli at Ridhi Apartment. It’s room 102 on the first floor. 18C/1 is the building number if you’re looking. L&T has been here for a while. New Delhi 110030 is a busy area, but our little corner is usually alright. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful coming up. We’ve got a couple of computers and a printer that jams once in a while. It’s just a normal workplace. We don't do anything flashy. We just handle the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we make it work. The light in the room is good during the morning. We usually start early before the traffic in Mehrauli gets too bad. L&T is just a group of us working together. There’s no big boss here. Just people doing their jobs. We have a small kitchen area for coffee. It’s not a showroom. Just 102 Ridhi Apartment. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in this neighborhood, but we’re still here. It’s a solid spot. We like the local shops nearby. It’s convenient for lunch. We just keep our heads down and get through the work. The parking is a nightmare, so most of us just take the bus or walk. We have a small balcony used for storing old boxes. The view isn't much, just more buildings. It feels like a real part of Delhi. We don't have a cleaning crew. We just tidy up after ourselves. It has a bit of a lived-in feel. We don't have formal dress codes. You wear what’s comfortable and you do your work.
