We are located up on the ninth floor, specifically 901-A in Devika Tower. Nehru Place is always a bit of a madhouse with all the people and traffic, but once you get inside the building, things quiet down a bit. Kinetics Process Engineering Corp. isn't a massive outfit with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team that focuses on the technical side of process engineering. It’s a lot of math and looking at how things move through systems. Our office has a view, though most of the time we are too busy looking at our screens or old manuals to really notice it. We chose this spot because it's central, even if finding parking is a nightmare. There’s always someone coming in with a question about a specific machine part or a workflow issue. We don't do the whole corporate jargon thing. If you ask us a question, we give you a straight answer, even if it’s not what you wanted to hear. Working in engineering means you have to be precise, but that doesn't mean we have to be stiff or formal. We wear regular clothes and drink too much tea while we debate over technical drawings. It’s a steady job and we like the puzzles that come with the work. Every day brings a different set of problems to solve and that keeps us interested in staying here.
