Kato Spectra Spring India Pvt. Ltd. is based way up on Level 15 of the Eros Corporate Tower in Nehru Place. Working in a tall building like this means you spend a lot of your morning just waiting for the elevators to arrive. It’s a busy corporate hub, so there is always a crowd in the lobby. Our office is a mix of desks and some samples of the springs we deal with. It’s quiet inside compared to the street noise down below. You can see quite a bit of the city from the windows, but most of the time we are just looking at our screens or talking to people on the phone. We handle a lot of different types of springs for various machines. It’s technical work but we try to keep things simple in the office. There’s no big lounge or anything like that, just a small pantry where the coffee machine usually works. Nehru Place is always packed with people looking for electronics or food, so lunch hours are pretty lively if you go downstairs. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of paperwork to catch up on. It feels like a standard office job, honestly. We don't have any slogans on the walls, just a calendar and some technical charts for the products. It’s a decent place to work and the air conditioning is usually good, which helps in the summer.
