Ramy Diesh

Ramy Diesh is tucked away at D-345 in Defence Colony. It’s a quieter part of the city compared to the big markets, which we actually quite like. Our setup here is pretty straightforward. We don’t have a massive sign or a lot of flash, just our space where we handle our daily work. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or nearby areas who have heard about us through friends. We spend a lot of our time making sure every detail is taken care of, whether it’s a small lunch or a bigger dinner. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes we run out of something or a delivery is late, but we always manage to sort it out. We don't believe in using corporate language or acting like we are some huge company. We are just a small team trying to provide a decent service in Def Col. The office is often cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We take pride in just being reliable and showing up when we say we will. It’s a more personal way of working than what you might find at a big chain. We enjoy the pace here and the fact that we can actually get to know the people we are working for. It's just a simple, honest business.
