We are Katara Dental Pvt Ltd, and you can find us in the Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase I. Our spot is at D 10 3. Being in an industrial area means there’s always a lot of trucks, dust, and noise around us. We focus on dental equipment and supplies. It’s a lot of boxes, tiny parts, and technical manuals. We spend our mornings checking inventory and the afternoons sending out orders to different parts of the city. The office isn't very big, and it’s mostly filled with metal shelves that go up to the ceiling. We’ve been in Okhla for a good amount of time now. It’s a practical location for getting things shipped out to clinics without too much delay. We aren't the kind of place that has a fancy waiting room or soft chairs. Most of our visitors are delivery drivers or people picking up urgent supplies for their practice. We work hard to keep the stock organized, though sometimes it’s a real struggle when a big shipment arrives and we run out of room. The air conditioning is a bit loud and old, but it keeps the temperature right for the sensitive items. We just do our job and go home at the end of the day. It’s steady, quiet work. We know the other business owners on this block quite well. Sometimes we grab tea at the corner stall during our break. It’s a community of people just trying to run their small companies.
