Our office is tucked away on the first floor of Q-31 in Batla House, which is part of Jamia Nagar in New Delhi. It’s a very busy, crowded part of the city, but that’s what gives it so much energy. Being in New Delhi-25 means there is always something happening right outside the window. Jyoti Structures Ltd has been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the narrow streets and the constant hum of the neighborhood. The office itself isn’t huge—it’s just a first-floor space where we keep our records and handle the planning for our structure projects. It gets a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we make it work. We don't have any of those fancy corporate amenities you see in the big glass towers downtown. It's more of a real-world office where things actually get done. Sometimes the climb up the stairs is a bit much in the summer heat, but it’s home for us. People in Jamia Nagar know the building, and we’ve become part of the local fabric here. We spend our days dealing with site reports and making sure the engineering side of things is on track. It’s honest work, and doing it from a place like Batla House keeps us grounded. It’s a no-nonsense environment for a no-nonsense business.
