You can find us at 20 Vikram Vihar, right near the National Park area. The clinic isn't very large, but it’s a comfortable enough place for the people who visit us. We have a few chairs in the waiting section and some old magazines on the table. It’s usually quiet inside, which is nice compared to the busy roads outside. We spend our days seeing patients and keeping track of appointments in a big ledger. The walls are painted a simple off-white and there are some plants by the window that we try to keep alive. Most of our neighbors in Vikram Vihar are families who have lived here a long time. We know a lot of them by name. It’s not a high-tech facility with flashing lights. It’s just a place where we try to help people feel better. The staff here consists of just a few of us who have worked together for a while. We share lunch in the back room when things slow down in the afternoon. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s very still. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People mostly hear about us from their friends or family. We just keep the doors open and do our best to stay organized. It’s a humble setup that we have here in the neighborhood. We just take things one patient at a time and try to keep the clinic running smoothly.
