Interactive Communication Services (I) Pvt Ltd.

We are based at F-44, Room No. 16 in Katwaria Sarai. The place is right near the Shiv Mandir, so it’s easy to find if you follow the temple bells. Interactive Communication Services (I) Pvt Ltd. is what we’re called officially, but we’re just a small crew. We are staying in a space looked after by Jogender Singh. It’s a tight fit in Room 16, especially when we have all our equipment out. The neighborhood is very busy with students from the nearby universities and people looking for cheap eats. There are always bikes parked everywhere outside the door. We spend most of our time at the computers. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and we're right there working. It gets a bit noisy during the temple festivals, but we don’t mind the atmosphere. Lunch usually comes from one of the local dhabas nearby. We eat at our desks mostly. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes when it rains, which is a pain, but we manage. We aren't some big high-tech firm in a glass building. We’re just local guys doing our jobs in a small room in New Delhi-16. It’s a bit messy with cables and papers, but we know where everything is. We like it this way. It feels like we are part of the local community here.
