Our office is tucked away in Hauz Khas Enclave at F-28. It is a quiet enough area compared to the rest of the city, which helps when we need to focus. I P Engg Contract Co Ltd is where we handle various engineering contracts that come our way. Most of what we do involves looking at blueprints, talking to site managers, and making sure the materials arrive where they are supposed to be. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of employees in suits. It is mostly just a few of us here handling the logistics and the technical side of the projects. The office has plenty of files piled up because there is always paperwork with these types of contracts. We have been at this for a while and we know the local regulations pretty well by now. Sometimes the projects are straightforward and other times they get complicated because of site issues or bad weather. We just deal with it as it comes. We do not have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you will probably see someone on a phone or buried in a technical drawing. It is a practical space for practical work. We prefer it that way. Being in Hauz Khas is convenient for getting around to different sites. We just focus on getting the contracts finished without too much fuss. It is a steady kind of life.
