I N B Vacations

I N B Vacations is tucked away at C-37 Gulmohar Park. It’s a nice area, a bit quieter than the main roads which we like. The office is really just a place where we sit down and sort out travel details for people who want to go somewhere else for a while. We started this because we liked the idea of looking at maps and figuring out schedules. It’s not always glamorous work, despite what people think about the travel industry. A lot of it is just waiting on hold with airlines or trying to find a hotel that isn't fully booked for a holiday weekend. We don’t have a giant storefront with neon lights. It’s just our spot in Gulmohar Park where the neighbors know us. We keep things pretty informal. If you walked in, you’d probably see a few of us drinking tea and staring at computer screens. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to make sure we get the dates right on someone’s booking. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flight delay or a sudden cancellation, and we spend the whole afternoon trying to fix it. That is just part of the job, I suppose. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing the accounts. It keeps the days interesting and the office feels more like a house than a company. We have been here for years and hope to stay.
