Being on the ground floor is handy because we have stuff coming in and out all the time. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. We work on protection systems, which involves a lot of technical planning and keeping track of various components. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. There’s usually a stack of manuals on someone's desk and a few toolkits near the door. Since we are in Sant Nagar, there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite, but we often just eat at our desks while we talk about the day's tasks. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. Most of what we do comes from word of mouth or people seeing our vans around the neighborhood. It’s a local business feel even though we handle some pretty complex systems. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the people around here know us. We just try to be honest about what we can do and make sure the systems we install actually work when they are needed. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we just close the door and get back to work.
