Hint Of Spice

Hint Of Spice is our little place over in Sheikh Sarai Phase I. We are located at G 70. It’s not the biggest kitchen in the world but we make it work. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready for the lunch rush. Sheikh Sarai is a busy area with lots of people coming and going. We see students and office workers mostly. The kitchen gets pretty hot in the afternoons. We try to keep the menu simple because that's what we know how to do best. There's no corporate office or anything. It’s just us running the show every day. We've had this spot for a while now. Sometimes we run out of things early if it’s a big day. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or lights. It’s just a functional space. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the cooking. People seem to find us okay. G 70 isn't too hard to locate if you're familiar with Phase I. We don't really do much talking, we just focus on the food. It’s a lot of hard work but we like being here. The neighbors are good people. We keep the doors open as long as there’s someone hungry. It’s a very basic setup. Nothing more than what you see when you walk in. We just keep doing what we do. It’s a simple life and we are happy to be part of the community here.
