We are up on the first floor of Building No 2 in East of Kailash. A good landmark for finding us is Sapna Cinema, which is quite close by. The area is always crowded with people going to the movies or shopping. Our office is a bit of a climb if you don’t use the lift, but it’s a nice enough space once you’re inside. We spend our days dealing with ticketing and travel bookings. It involves a lot of computer work and phone calls. It can get pretty frantic when there’s a rush for tickets, but we’re used to the pace. We aren't a massive corporation, just a team of people trying to keep everything organized. The office has plenty of windows, so we can see the street below. We’ve been in East of Kailash for some time now and have seen the neighborhood change. There are always new shops opening up. We keep a fairly simple setup here. A few rows of desks, some computers, and a lot of logbooks. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s interesting work. We talk to people from all over who are trying to get their travel sorted out. Sometimes things go wrong with the systems, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just part of the job. We stay here until the work is done and the last ticket is issued. We like being in this part of town despite the parking troubles.
