You can find us in Meethpur, specifically Gali No-3 over in the Badarpur area. It’s a narrow street, so it’s usually better to walk than try to bring a big vehicle down here. We do both general health and dental work in this space. It’s a bit of a tight fit with the dental chair and the exam table, but we make it work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they’re clean. People from the Gali come in all the time for different things. One person might have a toothache while the next has a cold. We just take them as they come. The sounds of the street outside—people talking, scooters revving—always filter in through the windows. It’s a lively part of town. We’ve got a small cupboard where we keep the records and some basic supplies. Everything is kept where we can reach it easily. It’s not a fancy medical center like the ones you see in the big malls. It’s just a place in the neighborhood where you can go when you’re not feeling your best. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it does its job during the humid afternoons. Most days are pretty busy from the time we open until the time we lock the gate at night. That’s just the way it is in Meethpur. We’ve been here a long time and the locals know our faces well. It's a busy life.
