Hardware Network Support Eng

I run this little operation called Hardware Network Support Eng out of Room D3 in Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi. The building is F 123. If you know Delhi well, you know how these small office spaces are tucked away. It is small, but I have managed to fit everything I need to handle network issues and hardware repairs inside those four walls. I spend a lot of my time untangling blue cables or trying to figure out why a router is acting up for no reason. People from around the neighborhood usually stop by when their internet goes down or their computer starts making that weird clicking sound in the middle of the night. It is not a big corporate setup with a receptionist or a waiting room. It is just me in a room with a bunch of monitors and parts. I have been doing network support for a long time now, mostly helping small shops or the students who live nearby. Katwaria Sarai is a very busy place, and there is always something happening right outside the window, but I try to keep my head down and focus on the technical stuff. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery guys have a hard time finding the specific room number, but that is just part of working in this part of town. I do not use big words to explain what is wrong with a machine. I just tell you what needs fixing and how long it will take. It is a simple way of working.
