Halcrow Consulting India Pvt. Ltd

We have our setup for Halcrow Consulting India Pvt. Ltd over in Siddhartha Extension in New Delhi. We are in 160-C, which is part of Pocket C. It’s a relatively calm area compared to the rest of the city, which is a nice change of pace for us. The building is older and has that classic Delhi feel to it. We have been here for a while, and the neighbors know us as the quiet lot who are always on their computers. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. The light in the office is okay, but it gets a bit dim in the afternoons during the winter. We usually have a kettle going for constant tea because it keeps everyone moving. It is a small team, so we all know what everyone else is working on. There isn't much hierarchy here; we just sit down and get through the workload together. Sometimes we go for a walk in the little park nearby just to clear our heads. It’s a very steady, predictable way to work. We don't have flashy presentations or corporate events. We just focus on the consulting side of things and try to keep our records as organized as possible. It is a simple, honest place to work without any unnecessary drama.
