Our main spot is at A-13, B-1 in the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate, right off Mathura Road. If you’ve ever driven down that way, you know the traffic can be a real headache, especially during the morning rush. The industrial estate itself is a huge place with a lot going on, and we’re just one part of that mix. At Groz Engg. Tools (P) Ltd., we spend our days surrounded by engineering gear and heavy metal parts. It gets quite loud when the nearby units are in full swing, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. The building isn't brand new, so it has those little quirks like a door that sticks in the heat or a flickering light in the hallway. We don't mind much as long as the work gets finished. Most of our staff have been here for a long time, so we’ve become a bit like a family, even if we argue about where the lunch should come from. There’s always a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks, and the smell of grease is pretty common. We don’t try to look like a high-tech lab because that’s not what we are. We’re an engineering company that focuses on the practical side of things. It’s a lot of manual checking and making sure things are right before they go out the door to customers.
