Ghumman Taxi Service

Ghumman Taxi Service is run from the second floor of M Block, Building No 21/14 B in Batla House, Jamia Nagar. We are right near the bus terminal, which is a very busy spot. Being on the second floor means we can see the street below and all the chaos of the traffic. We have been coordinating rides from here for quite some time. It is not a big corporate office, just a room with some chairs and phones. Most of our work happens over the mobile or through the drivers coming in and out. The area is always crowded, especially near the terminal, so there is never a quiet moment. We started this because we knew the roads well and wanted to provide a reliable way for people to get around. We don't have a fleet of hundreds of cars, just a steady group of drivers we trust. Sometimes the traffic makes things late, and we have to deal with frustrated passengers, but we try our best. It is a tough business with long hours. We are often here late into the night making sure everyone gets where they need to go. We don't use any fancy apps or high-tech systems. It is mostly just talking to people and knowing the city layout. We keep it simple and just focus on getting the cars on the road every single day. That is the main thing for us.
