Gammon India Limited

In New Delhi, we are located in Nehru Nagar. It’s Block No. 2, House No. 84. It’s a residential-feeling area but we use the house for our work. It’s a bit different from being in a big commercial tower in Gurgaon or Noida. We like being in a house because it feels more relaxed. Gammon India Limited has been here long enough that the walls could probably tell a few stories. We have a lot of papers stacked up and the furniture is pretty old-fashioned. Delhi gets incredibly cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, so we are always adjusting the heaters or the coolers. It’s a small team here. We mostly just focus on our own tasks and have lunch together when we have the time. There’s a park nearby where people go for walks, which is nice to look at. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to make us look polished. What you see is what you get. Just a group of people working out of a house in Nehru Nagar. We try to keep things organized but it can get messy when we are busy. That’s just life in a real office. We don't put on any airs about what we do. It is just work.
