Flight Shop

Flight Shop is sitting right in the Saket District Centre at shop GF 28. It is a very busy spot with lots of people walking by every single day. We handle travel stuff, which is mostly booking tickets and helping people figure out where they are going and how to get there. It is not like those big travel websites where you never actually talk to a human being. We are actually here sitting behind the counter. People come in with all sorts of questions about flights, delays, and different destinations. Sometimes the computers are slow or the airlines change their minds about things at the last minute, and we have to spend hours on the phone to get it all sorted out for the customer. It is a lot of staring at screens and checking complicated schedules. The shop isn't huge, but it is right on the ground floor so it is easy to find for anyone in the centre. We get a lot of regular customers who do not really trust the internet for their big family trips. They like to come in and talk it through with us. We do not have a big sales pitch or anything like that. We just look at what is available on the system and tell you the price and the timing. Saket is a good place to be because there is always something happening outside our door. We have been in this shop for a while now and we have seen a lot of different travelers.
