Finadoctor Micro Care Foundation

You’ll find us down on the lower ground floor at L-39B in Malviya Nagar. Being in a basement-level space means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a nice break from the Delhi heat. Finadoctor Micro Care Foundation is a small operation. We don't have a big glass front or a shiny sign. It’s just a simple door and a few rooms where we get our work done. We focus on micro-level care, which basically means we look at the small details that bigger places might miss. The office is a bit cramped because we’ve got a lot of files and equipment tucked into corners. We’ve been in Malviya Nagar for some time and we like the vibe of the market nearby. It’s a bit of a walk from the metro, but not too bad. The people who work here are mostly from around this part of South Delhi. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code; you'll usually find us in regular clothes, just doing the day's tasks. Sometimes the internet acts up because we’re below ground, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest foundation out there. We just want to do right by the people who come to see us. It’s a quiet, busy little place where everyone knows each other’s names. We stay busy with the local community and keep our heads down, focusing on the daily grind of running this foundation.
