Our office is situated at B-43 in the Newtownship Colony, which is right by the NTPC area in Badarpur, New Delhi. The pin code is 110044. Being near the NTPC colony means it’s a very specific part of town. Fedders Lloyd Corporation Ltd has been in this spot for a good while. It's not a flashy corporate office. It's more of a practical base for our operations in this part of Delhi. The building is a bit older, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it's a place where real work happens. We have a few rooms filled with desks and equipment. It can get a bit loud during the day with the traffic from the main roads nearby, but we’re used to the buzz. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just see one of us coming out to say hello. We handle all the local logistics and paperwork from here.
