Down here at B-10/1 in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-Ii, things stay pretty hectic for everyone at Fedders Lloyd Corp. Ltd. If you know Okhla, you know how the traffic and the noise can be, but once you get inside our gates, it’s all about the work. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the building has seen a lot of changes over the years. We mostly deal with large-scale industrial projects, which means there are always trucks coming in and out with heavy equipment. The staff here isn't big on corporate talk; we just focus on getting the units assembled and shipped out on time. On a typical afternoon, you’ll find the floor supervisors checking on the lines while the office staff manages the paperwork in the back. It gets hot in the summers, especially with all the metal around, but we have enough fans going to keep us moving. We don't have a flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find someone in a work shirt who can point you in the right direction. We’ve had some of the same mechanics working here since the early days, and they know the machines better than anyone. It’s a busy place with a lot of history in these walls, and we just take it one day at a time, making sure things work the way they’re supposed to.
