F & F Exports

F & F Exports is located on the G 72/2 lower ground floor near Kalindi Kunj Park in Shaheen Bagh. Being in the lower ground floor means it stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is nice during the summer months. The office is part of the A F Enclave and we have a view of the park area from the upper windows. It is a quiet workplace where we focus on managing the shipping and the paperwork for our products. We have several large tables where we lay out samples and look over the quality of the materials. The space is divided into a small seating area for meetings and a larger section where the actual work happens. We keep a lot of boxes stacked against the walls, ready to be sent out. The lighting is a bit bright because we need to see the details of the fabrics we are handling. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we have a very local feel to the way we run things. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. It isn't a very large operation, just a handful of us making sure everything is handled correctly. Shaheen Bagh is a busy neighborhood, but our little spot on the lower ground floor feels like its own separate world where we can just focus on the task at hand.
