Our shop is at number 20 in the LSC Uday Park Shopping Complex. It’s a handy little spot, and we’ve been here long enough that most of the other shopkeepers are our friends. Exquisite Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge operation. We have this one main room and a small storage area in the back that always seems to be overflowing. The windows at the front let in some good light, which is nice during the winter months. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk through the door. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s a working office. There are always pens rolling off the desks and the stapler is forever getting lost under a pile of mail. We don't use any fancy corporate talk here. If something needs doing, we just do it. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps the place cool enough. Working in a shopping complex like Uday Park means there’s always somewhere to get a quick snack or a tea. We like the community feeling of the place. Exquisite Enterprises is just us trying to run a decent business without any fuss. We don’t have a big mission statement. We just show up every morning and try to get through the to-do list before it’s time to lock up. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is eventually.
