We are based out of Ambedkar Nagar in New Delhi, right at 4/48. Even though the name mentions Gurgaon, this is where we actually sit and do the work. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we make it work. We handle various service solutions for different clients. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure people are where they need to be. The office is just a regular room with some computers and a lot of notebooks. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. It’s mostly just us handling calls and managing schedules. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three people call at once with different issues. We just take it as it comes. We aren't a big agency with a lobby. It’s just a practical space for our team. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the area well. Most of the time we are just focused on the tasks for the day. There is always someone coming in with a question or a form that needs signing. We try to keep a relaxed vibe because the work itself can be stressful enough. It’s a local business, run by people who live nearby. We just keep our heads down and do the jobs we are given. It’s pretty straightforward, really. There isn't any big secret to how we operate, we just stay busy with the daily grind.
