We are located at D-10/5 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1. Being in Okhla means there is always a lot of truck traffic and noise outside. Eshlin Advertising & Web Design is basically just a few of us in a room with a bunch of computers. It’s an industrial spot, so it’s not particularly pretty, but it’s practical for work. We spend the day staring at screens, moving things around on websites, or thinking about ad layouts. Sometimes the office gets really hot in the summer, but we have some fans going. It’s not a high-end agency with glass walls or anything. We have some old posters on the walls and plenty of coffee mugs scattered around. We just take the projects as they come in. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking, and other days we’re working late because a site went down or a client changed their mind about a color. We don't really do the whole "creative genius" act. We just try to make things look decent and work the way they’re supposed to. The neighborhood is full of workshops and factories, so we fit right in with the working-class vibe. It’s a lot of trial and error, fixing bugs, and trying to keep everything organized on the server. Just a regular day at the office for us, nothing more and nothing less.
