Engineering Resource Management

You can find us at number 18 in South Extension Part I, which is a pretty busy part of Delhi to be in every day. Engineering Resource Management isn't a massive corporation; we are more of a small group working out of this office space. The area outside is always buzzing with people shopping or heading to the metro, so it can get a bit loud during the peak hours of the afternoon. Our office inside is a bit more relaxed, though. We spend our time managing the various resources and people needed for engineering jobs across the region. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules on big whiteboards we have hanging on the walls. We don't have any of those modern open-plan offices with bean bags or fancy coffee machines; it’s just standard desks and chairs where we get the job done. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the vendors in South Ext, and then it is back to the phones and the spreadsheets. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the other business owners on this block pretty well. It’s a good spot to be in, even if the parking is a total nightmare most days of the week. We just focus on keeping everything organized and making sure the right people are in the right places for the engineering tasks we handle. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy.
