Energo Engineering Projects Ltd. is located at A-57/4 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II. It's a busy place with lots of trucks moving in and out all day. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The building is functional, nothing too pretty to look at from the outside. We do engineering projects, which means we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. Our desks are usually covered in papers and half-empty coffee mugs. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a place where people actually work. You can hear the sounds of the other factories nearby all day long. It gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows each other well. We don't have any of those fancy HR policies or team-building retreats. We just work together to get the projects done. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. We order some food and just keep going until it's finished. It’s a practical way of doing things. Okhla is a tough place but it's where the real work happens in this city. We like being right in the middle of all that activity. We don't bother with marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. People know us for what we do, not for how our office looks. We just keep our heads down and finish the jobs we start. That’s enough to keep us busy every single day here.
